Magnitude Fragments
Introduction
The Magnitude Fragments - primordial deities, the ethereal structures upon which the foundations of the world were laid, tied intricately to reality. Numbering only a mere thirty-three, they live high above the world of mortals - acting as its silent and mysterious custodians, ensuring their continued survival.
After their murder of the progenitor deities, all of creation is left to them. Idealistic, though with a smidge of egotism, most have decided that the responsibility to end suffering for all lies on their shoulders. As such, they have dedicated themselves to enriching mortals' lives. Or, so they say.
Fundamentally alien, though good-willed, they navigate the world the progenitors left behind and their relationships with each other. Though united in their friendship and enamoured with creation, disagreements prevent them from unifying their vision for the future as a whole. Still, they all look onwards with the hope that, one day, maybe this world will be perfect.

Kolo
The distant and isolated enforcer of Pya's rules, managing the egotistical Mags practically alone. A new romantic relationship with Dijamant has brightly opened up his world.
Polukrug
Apathetic after finding the world to be devoid of meaning as it progresses, wholly unchanging, Polly avoids accepting how depressing that feels.
Ellipsa
The cheerful and friendly local 'normie', happy to lend an ear to anyone needing to vent and mix up some nice tea for a picnic. Don't mind his love of gossip.
Suza
A Mag of oceans and water, though slightly ditzy. He's long been stationed at the COR in case of emergency, but truthfully misses his peers.
Srce
Though elated and loving on the outside, Srce struggles with extreme emotions leading to monstrous warping of their body. However, they remain hopeful.
Chetyrekhlistnik
Long seen as a patron of funerals and a spirit of the dead world due to his lingering at graveyards, Chet's true calling is his love of animals and menagerie.
Polumesec
The weaver of dreams - or more accurately nightmares - who believes they can be used as an ethereal method of moving past trauma.
Linija
The god of war and death, expertly skilled in every form of combat and weapon. When not honing his work or showing off, he's hanging out with his friends.
Rendgen
An erratic and unpredictable Mag whose life is devoted to defying authority and sowing chaos... when he can be bothered to stop following Jubilee like a puppy.
Vodovorot
Optimistic and loving, Vodo has spent most of his life feeling a lot like a robot to be used by others. Now, he seeks self-expression and realization.
Zmeya
A quiet Mag, fresh out of his shell and looking to explore life now that he feels more comfortable as a person, standing side-by-side with Jedana and Krivaya.
Krivaya
A part of Zmeya's psyche gained independence and personhood, Krivaya is the more abrasive of the two - and has struggled to cement his own identity.
Trougao
Once quiet, Trou's life was ruined when he was randomly selected by Bereave to have his soul shredded to preserve Alpha. Now he struggles to reinvent himself.
Kvadrat
A friendly and self-effacing techie with an additional love of archiving history, events, people, and everything in-between - but harbors low self-worth.
Pravougaonik
Cupid - though he primarily delights in mortals' relationship drama, not their romance. Wields brutal honesty like a whip, and makes his opinions known.
Dijamant
An egotistical dragon of a dictator who struggles to see other people as real individuals. His sole moral compass is his utter devotion to Kolo, his wife.
Prizma
Obsessed with random chance and its butterfly effects, Prizma spends most of his time tinkering in a few private Timelines of his, and rarely visits home.
Trapetsiya
Bursting with affection, Siya courts mortals and spends many of his hours among them, acting as eye candy and gentle advisor both. Don't ask of his collecting.
Pyatiugolnik
Once the lonely leader of the Mags, weighed down by responsibility of being the most powerful - now freed by his romance with Pere and the presence of Juice.
Shestiugolnik
Often away from the Mags, managing his Hivemind of billions of Timelines and trillions of people, feeling secure only in being their benevolent, loving god.
Semiugolnik
A fae of seasons and luck, who flits across Timelines and encourages mortals to chase them down in an elaborate Game to grant them no-holds-barred wishes.
Sekizgen
A cold and isolationist scientist, who once dabbled in mortal romance but has since abandoned it for his quest in preserving life in huge blocks of ice.
Devetougao
A mischievous and spoilt bug, who spends most of his time flirting with older(?) men and dodging Quantum's incessant mothering affection for him.
Zvezda
Though bright and optimistic, the Mags' intentional stunting of his emotional development has left Zvezda immature, trapped in black-and-white thinking.
Zehneck
The Arbiter of mortals, who temporarily traps guilty souls to interrogate them over their moral decisions. When not being the devil, he enjoys grilling.
Jedanaestougao
A kindly medic who hides a flaring temper. The only thing he wants is to live in peace with his partners, Krivaya and Jedana, and protect them at all costs.
Affine
The youngest Mag, often lamenting his feelings of loneliness and estrangement. His days are spent creating constructs or accidentally leading a devoted cult.
Farley
The eldest of the second generation, though he shirks his heritage and prefers acting as an errand boy for the COR - or as a myriad of pseudonyms online.
Quantum
A pragmatic Mag who can't decide if he wants to encourage his peers to do drugs and party, or live domestically as Devy's caretaker-housewife-husband.
Juice
The strongest entity alive, whose erratic smile and feral demeanor unnerve everyone he meets. His life's work so far has been taming the Fragment Underground.
Proximity
Juice's partner who helps manage his city with a smile that belies an underbelly of resentment, frustration, and hate from a powerful curse inflicted on him.
Peresekat
An asocial stalker who once desired only to erase suffering through copy-pasting the perfect Timeline, but has now replaced it with unfamiliar joy in Pya.
Peshchani
A proper, posh, and playful Mag whose flirtatious smiles belie her true depths, not unlike the vast, temperamental oceans, of which all waters belong to her.
Strela
To no benefit of themself, Strela is shy and withdrawn, craving affectionate relationships from the other Mags but plagued with meekness too strong to claim it.
